The African Development Bank Appoints Jean-Hubert Bayala As Acting Director Of The General Services And Procurement Department

The African Development Bank Group has appointed Jean-Hubert Bayala as Acting Director of the General Services and Procurement Department. With over 30 years of experience in support services for the Bank Group’s operational and financial activities, Bayala previously headed the Bank’s Business Continuity Unit and served as Acting Director of the General Services and Procurement Department from February 2020 to April 2022. Bayala holds a master’s degree in electronic engineering and certificates in leadership and management development, persuasive leadership development, and digital transformation strategies.
