Nigeria has been drawn in Group C along with Cape Verde, Central African Republic (CAR) and Liberia in the preliminary round of the race for FIFA World Cup 2022 tickets.
The draw was kind to the Super Eagles as they avoided a number of African heavyweights unlike Cameroon which was drawn in the same group as Cote d’Ivoire or the Black Stars of Ghana who face South Africa’s Bafana Bafana in the preliminary round.
First round matches for the tournament taking place in Qatar kick off in October this year.
