Her achievements are significantly noted across the continent particularly in Nigeria, Kenya, Democratic Republic of Congo, Zambia, Lesotho, Ghana, Tanzania, Mozambique and South Africa. She has also been impactful in European countries through successfully leading global teams particularly in Scotland, Isle of Man and England.
Meet Vumile Msweli, a dynamic woman who has been awarded the Mail and Guardian top 200 most influential young South Africans, Elle boss of the year in the corporate category as well as the Gauteng Premier Award for Excellence in leadership.
Msweli has previously worked for reputable multi-national institutions such as Barclays, Investec, Nedbank, First National Bank and Vodafone.
Vumile is an avid coach speaker having spoken in conferences; expos; workshops around the globe on topics such as leadership; women empowerment; finance matters and conducting business in Africa.
She is an entrepreneur who commenced her first venture when she was 22 years old. Today her business interests are in span property; retail; logistics and consulting sectors.

The multi-award winner, Vumile owns a bachelor of commerce and accounting sciences from the University of Pretoria, Executive Education from GIBS, South Africa and another Honors of Finance with the University of Johannesburg.
She also studied abroad and acquired a Masters in Business Administration at the University of London, United Kingdom and Executive Education with the University of New York, United States of America.
Currently she is studying a Doctorate Applied Leadership at UGSM, Switzerland.
She is in association with certified financial planner and Member of Institute of Directors.
