AirtelTigo launches sub-brand for SMEs in Ghana

Ghana-based telecommunications company, AirtelTigo, has launched its Business-to-Business arm in Accra called AirtelTigo Business. The company made the announcement in a tweet on February 18, stating that the sub-brand aims to provide end-to-end connectivity solutions to Small, Medium and Large corporate organisations to enable them to achieve growth and profitability. Under the tagline “Making Business Simple”, AirtelTigo Business offers total communications solutions including Mobile Voice and Data, Fixed lines, Internet connectivity, Hosting and Managed Services among others.

These innovative products and services will address the challenges associated with communication in business. Such challenges as poor customer relationship due to inefficient call-centre facilities, inadequate network coverage, time and travel cost and lots more.

AirtelTigo currently offers wireless telecommunications services addressing communication needs for SMEs in Africa and beyond.
